Log in to the App
Go to app.airbrx.ai and sign in. Airbrx authenticates against an upstream identity provider — Google, Microsoft, or whatever the platform offers at the time you sign up — so you don't manage a separate Airbrx password. The first time you arrive on a recognized email, we provision a Free account for you. No credit card, no plan picker, no setup form.
Private preview, May–June 2026. Sign-up requests are reviewed by hand right now — someone on the team will manually approve your account before you can sign in. If you need access in a hurry, reach out via the About page.
Free is what you start on
Every new account is a Free account. It's enough to walk through every step on this page, ship cache rules, point real BI tools at the Gateway, and prove out the savings against your warehouse — no upgrades required to finish the walkthrough.
There's no self-serve upgrade path. Professional and Enterprise are conversations, not credit-card flows — if your team needs more tenants, a custom gateway-address domain, or enterprise-grade controls, talk to us and we'll get you set up.
What you should see
Once your account is approved and you sign in, the App lands you on an empty workspace. Free Plan is already active. No tenants yet, no rules, no traffic — step 2 creates your tenant and its gateway address, all from a single form in the App.
If something goes wrong
- You can't sign in yet. Account approval is manual during the private preview. If it's been more than a couple of working days, reach out via the About page.
- You signed in with the wrong identity. Sign out and start over. Accounts are not deleted automatically; if you need the old account removed, contact us.
