He’s worked with Ben for 20 years, going back to Rapidigm (later acquired by Fujitsu) and again at WaveQ as Practice Manager. In between: Digital Transformation Practice Director at KPIT for eight years (multi-million-dollar P&L), and Head of Americas at Birlasoft. He’s the one who spots when a customer’s pain is something Airbrx genuinely fixes, and when a different conversation is needed.
